Neil Barrett in the early 2000's.

The button on the collar, the button on the back hem, and the buttons on the cuffs give off a really Neil feel, and I personally really like it.
The fact that the Prada Miumiu men's line was created in the late 90's is one point that is easy to understand at a glance.
